As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing high-level quality service for well-known IT companies from all over the world. Let’s see what it takes What you will do: Research and identify prospective new customers on various platforms; Conduct meetings with clients; Handle email correspondence with the prospects; Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs; Assist in writing commercial proposals and developing sales opportunities; Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort; Provide consistent, accurate, and timely bi-weekly sales lead gen activity reports to management; Provide feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs; Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently. What you need to succeed in this role: 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Service Delivery, and Project Management is a must; Fluent in English (C1-C2 both in writing and speaking); Excellent communication skills: you should be a great listener with the capability to communicate in a clear and simple manner; Discipline and ability to plan, organize, and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner in order to achieve the goal; Stress resistance and confidence: you should be able to communicate assertively, handle feedback, and work on improvement; Emotional intelligence: you professionally perceive, use, understand, manage, and cope with emotions in various situations; Persistence and positive attitude: you can focus on the bright side of things and seek solutions and progress always; Ability to work in a team and independently; Fast learning skills, adaptability to new environments, and flexibility to quickly grasp new concepts; Out of the box thinking with the desire to explore creative ideas proactively.
