Our team is looking for top caliber, technically capable operators who are focused on safety, embrace change, make informed decisions, possess self-confidence and leadership skills and are lifelong learners.As a Fluids Operator you will be responsible and accountable for the safe and efficient operation of medical grade chemical producing equipment and all packaging support equipment required to operate and maintain the complex equipment. As part of the operations strategy this role will also learn and rotate through multiple chemical manufacturing areas defined in the Fluids progression framework.RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION ​Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:​·Rotate through all identified assignments as defined by the Operations Fluids Progression Model·Troubleshoot equipment, process, and quality problems·Assure compliance with all Environmental, Health & Safety requirements·Review and update plant operating discipline procedures to capture best practices·Communicate role related information between shifts and day staff​JOB QUALIFICATIONS​Requirements:​·A HS Diploma or GED is required, technical training in chemical processing is preferred·3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required. ·Experience operating a chemical process is preferredJoin our Talent Community to stay connected with us!DuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
