FM Maintenance Electrician

Our client - a global FM provider is keen to speak with experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineers in Edinburgh / Fife!

They have partnered with Escape Recruitment to recruit an electrical maintenance engineer to join their busy mobile team. With huge growth and expansion plans already underway it's a great time to join!

Your role will be mobile, covering various sites within the Edinburgh area. Carrying out all Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across the contracts.

Duties:

* Carrying out all PPM and reactive maintenance within commercial premises- ensuring all works are carried out within agreed SLA's.

* Carrying out repairs and attending breakdowns within commercial premises- which will include providing a call-out response to be carried out within agreed SLA's.

* Diagnose faults and rectify these issues where possible.

* Ensure that all contractors are monitored on behalf of the client and that work is carried out correctly.

* Working in a client/customer-facing environment, ensuring you remain professional at all times.

* Take a proactive approach to working in partnership with the client to ensure all concerns are dealt with promptly.

* Ensure all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted weekly.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

* City & Guilds/ SVQ Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

* City & Guilds BS7671 18th Edition.

* Experience of carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.

* You will ideally have existing experience within a busy, FM environment.

* Full driving UK license (6 points maximum).

* Happy to complete Disclosure Scotland.

* Up to £40,000 per annum.
