Food Manufacturing Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Food Manufacturing Production Supervisor to join the team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

Position: Production Supervisor 
Industry: International Food Manufacturing Company 
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA / Los Angeles Area 
Pay: $22-25/hr (DOE) plus benefits
Status: Full time / Direct hire

* 8 hour shift 

* Weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Coordinate activities with Maintenance and Quality Control 
• Insure that all USDA regulations are understood and communicated to the production work force
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Any support duties as assigned

​Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• 5 to 10 years experience in a food-processing environment, at supervisor level
• Effective English verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish and English
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
