Hourly Rate: $36.00-$40.00

Established electrical contracting company is currently seeking a skilled Foreman Electrician with 8 years or more experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commercial and industrial electrical projects. Responsibilities

• Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications while adhering to electrical codes
  
• Capable of working independently
  
• Experience leading a team of electricians and assigning required daily tasks
  
• Tracking manpower for specific tasks and assuring efficient execution
  
• Jobsite management ensuring the proper materials are onsite to perform the scope of work required to be completed
  
• Successful completion of projects within scheduled deadlines and budgets
  
• Coordinating and communicating project updates with the office team regarding change orders and other pertinent project information
  
• Strong communication with the onsite supervisor and other trades
  
• Able to complete and deliver as-builts and project closeout documentation
  

Requirements

• 8 plus years' experience in commercial and industrial electrical projects
  
• Must have 3 plus years of experience leading a team of electricians
  
• Excellent communication skills and detailed oriented
  
• Must have a valid driver's license
  
• OSHA 10 minimum prefer OSHA 30
  
• Capable of reading and interpreting drawings and schematics
  
• Must have strong knowledge of the NEC
  
• Knowledge of Fire Alarm systems and other low voltage installations
  
• Capable of working on voltages 0-600V AC
  
• Medium voltage experience of working voltages greater than 1kV is a plus
  
• Capable of working in a high reach, scissor lift, and/or bucket truck
  
• Class CDL B is a plus
  
• Understanding of grounding and bonding requirements for electrical systems
  
• Experience bending and installing conduit
  
• Underground duct bank and transformer vault experience
  
• Must be professional and demonstrate leadership along with a positive attitude promoting a team environment
  
• Four-year certified training is a plus
