You will be responsible for:\n\nConducting forensic planning and delay analysis on complex construction projects.\nPreparing expert reports and providing expert witness testimony.\nAdvising clients on contractual and commercial matters related to delays and disruptions.\nWorking closely with our team of experts to develop effective strategies for resolving disputes.\nActively participating in our unique in-house knowledge-sharing and coaching programs.\nCoaching and mentoring junior team members..Key Requirements:\n\nProven experience in forensic planning and delay analysis.\nStrong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT and NEC).\nExperience in adjudication and expert witness proceedings.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nA relevant degree in a construction-related field.Why Join?\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package, including car allowance, pension, and health insurance.\nOpportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects.\nUnparalleled In-House Development: Participate in our comprehensive in-house knowledge-sharing, coaching, and training program.
