Formulation Process Engineer

We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to join our Makhteshim manufacturing facilities. An exciting and challenging career opportunity for a highly motivated and dedicated individual, who is passionate about process engineering and production optimization. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Constant improvement of production processes with an emphasis on improving the utilization of raw materials, reducing waste, improving output, and energy efficiency. Writing regular reports, data collection, and process improvement Manage production activities & monitor timelines. Solving process problems within the production facilities. Implementation of new technologies in the production facilities. Employee training. Writing work instructions, software instructions, and performing simulations. Close cooperation with R&D, engineering, maintenance, quality, and production departments. Requirements: B. Sc. in Chemical Engineering - a MUST. 2-3 years in a similar role in the chemical industry. Strong background in Excel and ERP systems, preferably SAP. Fluent English - a significant advantage. Ability to lead, oversee and manage projects. Strong technical and engineering knowledge. Previous work experience in chemical production facilities. Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
