Foundry Senior New Product Development Engineer

Job Description: New product development for foundry castings: Accountable for Technical review of customer drawings & specifications.Giving technical assistance to moulding department During sample casting production.Perform dimensional inspection and complete reports and interpret results.Involved in new part development & Improvement in the regular production items. PatternDesigning Accountable for Design all new tooling and communicate design to vendor. Accountable for Develop patterns through approved vendors. 3D Modelling Operate Solid works 3D CAD and simulation software.Build 3D CAD files from customer 2D drawings and rough sketches. Gating System Develop CAD for all rigging and gating designs from internal design sketches. ISO Documents Develop process instructions, standard operating procedures, and inspection checklists.Assist with sampling casting results.Taking corrective preventive action & collecting documentationBuild product data into ERP software.Active participation in ISO-9000 Quality System.
