Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor roles & responsibilities:

• Subcontractor procurement / management
• Valuations and payments
• CVRs
• Monthly reporting upline
• Settling final accounts

Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor experience required:

• Minimum 10 years QS experience
• No.1 Senior Quantity Surveyor experience
• Industrial & Logistics project experience - DESIRABLE
• Degree educated or similar
• Excellent IT / reporting skills
