You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team, ensuring the successful execution of the project while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Project Leadership:\n\n * Lead and manage on-site activities related to water treatment facilities.\n\n * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.\n\n * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.\n\n * Quality Assurance:\n\n * Monitor construction progress and quality of work.\n\n * Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.\n\n * Implement corrective actions as needed.\n\n * Budget and Cost Control:\n\n * Assist in cost tracking, budget management, and financial reporting.\n\n * Collaborate with the commercial team to optimise project costs.\n\n * Review and approve subcontractor payments.\n\n * Schedule Adherence:\n\n * Develop and maintain project schedules.\n\n * Monitor progress against milestones and deadlines.\n\n * Mitigate delays and adjust plans as necessary.\n\n * Communication:\n\n * Liaise with project stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and clients.\n\n * Provide regular updates on project status and address inquiries.\n\nQualifications:\n\n * Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering projects.\n\n * Familiarity with water treatment facilities or related infrastructure.\n\n * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\n * Relevant certifications (CITB, SMSTS, etc.) .\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Availability for freelance work in Hampshire.\n\n * Ability to work independently and collaboratively.\n\n * Commitment to safety and quality standards.\n\nIf you are a motivated Site Manager with water treatment experience and are ready to contribute to a significant project, we encourage you to apply
