We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee snagging works on a building project in South Ayrshire. This 12-week contract starts in early April and requires a proactive professional with a strong understanding of CDM regulations.

Hours: 7am – 7pm

Payment Options: Ltd, CIS, or PAYE



Requirements:



✅ SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work

✅ Strong knowledge of CDM regulations

✅ Experience managing snagging works

✅ Ability to balance site and office responsibilities
