• Design and Architectural Leadership: Establishing the design and architecture framework for plugin-based UI components within the CRM system.
• Coaching and Mentorship: Guiding and coaching the existing development team in the efficient creation and integration of custom plugins, focusing on best practices.
• High-Level Focus: Primarily focused on architectural and strategic guidance, with limited direct development duties.

Experience:
