Full-Time Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced, skilled and knowledgeable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple fields, including but not limited to, general maintenance, plumbing and carpentry. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general work orders, routine inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Repair plumbing issues.
• Perform general carpentry, such as door repair, drywall, painting.
• Repair units for turnovers.
• Document all repairs, inspections and preventative maintenance activities.
• Must be service-oriented and able to perform tasks in a professional, orderly and timely manner following safety regulations, standards, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Prior related experience.
• Strong maintenance/mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience and certifications in electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
