Title: Functional Architect
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Cumberland County, PA (Remote initially, then hybrid)

Overview:
The Functional Architect will support application management for OnBase and related systems. This role focuses on requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and providing business-process expertise. Responsibilities include supporting business needs, collaborating with technical teams, and leading functional design and user interface strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document functional requirements.
• Define how applications will support business needs and create design specifications.
• Conduct impact analysis and oversee testing phases.
• Communicate updates and facilitate planning and user testing.
• Serve as the business process expert and liaison for stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in project management, requirements gathering, and business requirements documentation.
• Experience with OnBase or FileNet .
• Proficient in manual testing practices, user acceptance testing, and creating workflows.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and prior experience with Commonwealth projects ().

Technical Skills:

• Requirements documentation, report specifications, and traceability matrix development.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage timelines and project milestones.
