Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with demonstrable experience in mechatronics.Knowledge of internal combustion engines and related subsystems, including modern control strategies and electronics.In-depth understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics preferred.Familiarity with measurement techniques for temperature, pressure, flow, and data analysis.Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism and proactivity.Ability to work in a complex project-oriented environment.Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable position.Proficiency in English is mandatory, with a willingness to learn Dutch.
