Drive, participate, lead & implement cross-PMO improvements project in accordance with the PMO Roadmap.2. Pro-actively assisting, enabling and challenging all stakeholders to make OMT be flexible and quick response fab.3. Shape operations footprint & capabilities through benchmarking performances across sites and continue improvement projects.4. Provide accurate and real-time information to site/fab directors for the strategy direction.5. Manage and coordinate different projects/programs to achieve the business goals and objectives.6. Influence without authority and engaging with site operation team for win-win.7. Good in change management, stakeholder management & independent contributor.1.
