Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.\n\nThey have a vacancy for a qualified domestic gas engineer to cover the SG & AL postcode area carrying out maintenance and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local housing association contract.\n\nDuties:\n\n * Annual Gas Safety Checks (LGSR)\n\n * Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.\n\n * Ensuring a high level of customer care is met on a day-to-day basis.\n\n * Following all Health & Safety requirements and legislation including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Gas qualifications held for a minimum of 2 years.\n\n * Experience in servicing boilers and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.\n\n * In-date ACS qualifications including CKR1 & HTR1\n\n * Full UK Driving Licence\n\n * No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)\n\nSalary & Package:\n\n * 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday\n\n * Additional overtime and weekend work available\n\n * Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.\n\n * Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum\n\n * Monthly bonus\n\n * Out of hours call out rota 1 week in 4\n\n * OTE £45,000+ per annum\n\n * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays\n\n * Pension Scheme\n\nTo apply for this vacancy please use an up-to-date CV and one of our team will be in touch.\n\nGas, Heating, Engineer, Service, Maintenance, Repair, Breakdown
