Gas Engineer

You will be required to work on void and tenanted properties to complete responsive maintenance and repairs.



A successful candidate will:



A well established amount of experience as a Gas Engineer

Full Clean Driving License

ACS Certificates & AppliancesMulti Skills Desired but not essential, these can include:



Plastering

Basic Plumbing

Roofing

Painting

Basic Electrics

Painting and decoratingWhat you'll be completing:



Reactive maintenance on existing properties in the North West Areas.

Working on void and tenanted properties

Driving a company van that is provided

Using a PDA systemCandidates will be placed and work around the area of work they are living.
