By joining our team, you will contribute to the excellence and reliability of our maintenance services, ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed our clients' expectations.\n\nIf you are passionate about providing top-tier building services and want to be part of a dynamic team, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Responsibility for commercial combustion, heating and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded\n\n * Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks\n\n * Provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota\n\n * Maintain the cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops and storage areas\n\n * Undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients heating systems\n\n * Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding\n\n * Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. Issue of Permits to Work\n\n * Ensure that all heating equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria\n\n * Ensure equipment and surrounding area conforms to agreed company standards\n\nProfessional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications\n\n * Core Safety: COCN1\n\n * Domestic Core Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1, ICAE1\n\n * Commercial Gas Qualifications: TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1\n\n * City & Guilds / NVQ level 2/3 in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical or related engineering discipline\n\n * Gas Safe Registered\n\n * IPAF / PASMA\n\n * Full UK Driving License\n\nThe Company\n\nISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
