We are currently recruiting for a Tier 1 market-leading energy services Franchise who operates across the UK, with over a thousand employees working within the organisation providing opportunity and stability like no other Gas company in the country.



My client delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the Southeast. Offering a support staff of over 500 people strong and supporting our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. They are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with housing associates alike, offering their staff job security and progression throughout.



Position - Gas Inspector



Location - SW/W/HA/UB



Salary – Up to £42,000 Annual salary



Roles & Responsibilities



Oversee all daily activities for a selection of engineers and sub-contractors. This role will also require you to conduct individual site surveys in client’s properties to ascertain the scope of works required to install or upgrade central heating systems in these dwellings.



These surveys will enable the Installation department to complete planned work and hit required operational and customer service performance targets, Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental systems, company procedures, and meet legislation requirements.



Required for the role:



Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications



Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)



Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential



Experience delivering high levels of customer service



The ability to work with a diverse customer base
