Having longstanding contracts with some of the most prestigious organisations / companies within London and the UK.
Role overview:
Working on one of our clients prestigious contracts in the Soho and surrounding area, completing plumbing and gas maintenance / installs.
Installation and Maintenance:
* Install, service, and repair domestic gas appliances such as boilers, cookers, and heaters.
* Conduct routine maintenance checks and ensure all gas appliances are functioning efficiently and safely.
Plumbing Installation and Repairs:
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
* Address issues such as leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems.
Safety Inspections:
* Perform safety inspections and issue gas safety certificates.
* Identify and rectify any potential safety hazards in gas and plumbing systems.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
* Diagnose faults in gas appliances and plumbing systems.
* Carry out necessary repairs and replacements to ensure optimal performance.
Customer Service:
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and queries.
* Offer advice on energy efficiency, appliance care, and plumbing maintenance.
Compliance and Documentation:
* Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations and plumbing standards.
* Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including safety certificates and service reports using our mobile apps.
Emergency Response:
* Respond to emergency call-outs and provide timely and effective solutions to gas and plumbing-related issues.
Requirements & Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years' previous experience within maintenance sector
* Gas Safe (Domestic)
* NVQ / City & Guilds in Plumbing
