Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our fireproofing team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up materials.
• Load and unload construction materials and tools as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled workers.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks such as mixing, protecting surfaces, and more.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site throughout the project duration.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working at heights.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Familiarity with basic construction duties is helpful.
• Knowledge of safety practices in construction environments is desirable.
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or pre-employment screenings.
