General Maintenance Worker

Kenna Homes is seeking a full-time skilled maintenance worker to join our team. All applicants will be required to complete a criminal background check and drug screening before being hired. Individuals applying must show a high-level of skill in everyday maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills which must be outlined in your resume. All applicants will be expected to have a valid drivers license and to be on-call on 1 week rotations with other workers (approximately 1 week a month) after a mandatory 90 day probationary period. On-call workers receive a bonus for the week plus 2x pay for the 1st hour and 1.5 for normal OT, with direct deposit every week. All maintenance staff has the opportunity to join our Union, as well.
