Key Requirements

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the grounds maintenance, landscaping, construction, facilities, or services sector is required.
- Strong operational and strategic expertise in multi-site contract and commercial management.
- High-level competency in IT systems for financial reporting and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and build relationships.
- Ability to meet vetting standards for government contracts and access to sensitive data.
- Full clean driving licence.
