At KTR Indoor Action Sports Playground, we're setting the pace in indoor entertainment. We’re in search of a decisive and experienced General Manager – someone who can direct the business, manage a team effectively, and oversee operations with precision and insight.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• TEAM DEVELOPMENT
  • Lead recruitment, training, and mentorship.
  • Cultivate a professional atmosphere that emphasizes customer service.
  • Drive staff training initiatives.
  • Spot and develop potential leaders within the team.
  • Maintain employee recognition programs.
  • Engage with local businesses to strengthen our brand presence.

• OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
  • Prioritize safety, cleanliness, and security for everyone on the premises.
  • Direct all operational aspects to align with business goals.
  • Streamline processes, ensuring consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with franchise owners to meet organizational targets.
  • Monitor online feedback to refine our guest experiences.

• FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
  • Identify growth opportunities and execute relevant marketing strategies.
  • Oversee inventory management.
  • Balance quality service with efficient staffing.
  • Analyze financial data to optimize profit and control expenses.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

• Solid interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Relevant experience in the entertainment or hospitality sectors.
• Minimum of 3 years in Operations & Management.
• Proficient in online point of sale systems.
• Proactive and result motivated.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to provide clear direction for the facility.
• Values integrity, diversity, and forward-thinking.
• Strong ethical grounding with strong decision-making abilities.
• Support franchise owner(s) in ensuring manager(s) are committed to achieving departmental objectives.
