As a General Wireline Field Operator, you’ll be able to learn, develop knowledge and gain valuable technical insight. You’ll be guided and mentored by an experience team member. To have full understanding towards wellsite problems and how to develop resolutions.

Salary Range: AUD 67,000 – 97,000 / Per-annum

As a General Wireline Field Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Safely delivering an array wireline services in an offshore environment, under the supervision of a Wireline Engineer and Wireline Crew chief

• Working directly with client’s offshore wellsite supervisor to deliver wireline objectives in a safe and efficient manner.

• Managing spare parts and offshore inventory, maintaining records and communications

• Being responsible for the safe operation of Wireline Surface pressure control equipment

• Being competent to operate a wireline hoist unit, to safely deploy a vast array of services in & out of the wellbore.

• Carrying out duties at the wellsite for the work as per the instructions received with high level of safety awareness.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have more than 5 years’ experience on wireline operations (Offshore), specifically with rig-less or Hydraulic Workover units.

• Be able to work in a demanding environment in varying weather conditions.

• Have good competency in preparing and operating Wireline Surface Pressure Control Equipment.

• Be a team player with ability to build trusting relationships with customers and display good communication skills.

• Have ability to organize, assess, prioritize tasks, milestones, and deliverables.

• Have full working rights in Australia will be added advantage

Work Schedule
This role is a full-time position based in Perth, on an even time rotation to and from various offshore location.
