Job Type: Full-time
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for electrical installations and maintenance for residential, commercial and industrial settings for our home backup systems (generators).
Adams is proud to offer a competitive pay range of $35-$45 per hour based on recent, relevant experience on top of a full benefits package that includes paid time off, paid holidays, year-round work, OT opportunity, 401K, and health, dental, vision, and life insurances.
Schedule:
The schedule for this role is primarily Monday Friday, day-time hours. Later hours and weekends may be required depending on our workload and the needs/schedules of our customers/clients.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Wisconsin Residential Journeyman Electrician License or 3000 DWD approved hours and eligible to take residential journeyman test.
- Must Be Able to Pass a Background Check and Drug Test
- Valid Drivers License
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to lift 70+ pounds and be able to safely handle and work from a ladder.
- OSHA 10 within 6-months of hire.
Experience:
- Previous experience installing home backup power systems in a residential environment ()
- Experience as a residential journeyman electrician (required)
License/Certification:
- WI Residential Journeyman Electrical License
- Driver's License with a clean driving record
- OSHA 10 within 6-months of hire

Physical Requirements
This position requires consistent heavy lifting of up to 75 pounds, in addition to bending, twisting, standing and potentially climbing ladders and using stairs consistently throughout the day. All safety measures will be taken and proper PPE (personal protective equipment) will be used in accordance with OSHA standards.
