RETTEW is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager in Geophysics and Subsurface Utility Engineering to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects related to subsurface utility engineering and geophysics. Prior experience in subsurface utility locating is necessary for this position. Please ensure that you meet the requirements below before applying.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute projects related to subsurface utility engineering and geophysics.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• Ensure that projects adhere to industry best practices and regulations, including safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Familiarity with industry best practices and regulations
• PMP certification is a plus
