Geotechnical Engineer | £30,000 | Norwich

An exciting new opportunity to join a consultancy has opened in Norwich! My client is looking to expand and hire a new Geotechnical engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful Geotechnical Engineer to work alongside talented engineers working on complex projects.

Your job as a geotechnical engineer will include a variety of responsibilities. From office to site, you will be working on factual/interpretive reports, risk assessments, taking soil and groundwater samples and planning site investigations.

This role will give you an opportunity to progress into a Senior Geotechnical Engineer where you will be assisting and mentoring the junior staff.

Essential criteria:

• Hold a geology/earth science degree
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Live within a commutable distance from the Norwich office
• Have relevant experience to the role
