Key Responsibilities:



Leading and checking geotechnical design packages from concept to completion

Engaging with clients and internal teams at all stages of the design process

Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Assessing and coordinating geotechnical testing requirements on-site

Driving innovation and supporting the expansion of technical services alongside the Technical Director

Key Requirements:



MSc in Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering Geology

Chartered status (CGeol, ICE, or equivalent)

Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical or civil engineering

Strong proficiency in geotechnical software and AutoCAD

Knowledge of Eurocodes and British Standards, particularly for retaining walls

Experience working directly with clients and managing technical projects
