NOVA Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Geotechnical Project Engineer (PE) to join our Pensacola, FL team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion
• Review and approve technical reports for geotechnical engineering projects, ensuring they meet client and regulatory requirements
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations

Qualifications:

• BS in Civil Engineering is required
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required
• 5 - 10 years geotechnical engineering experience is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management skills and leadership ability
