Responsibilities Deliver high-quality technical assistance to German-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, and chat). Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure quick resolution. Educate clients on how to use our digital platforms and services effectively. Document all client interactions, including inquiries and resolutions, for future reference. Collaborate with the support team to enhance service quality and share best practices. Stay updated on product changes and technical improvements to provide accurate support. Engage in continuous learning and training sessions to enhance your technical expertise. Requirements Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities, especially in explaining technical issues. Familiarity with digital platforms and online troubleshooting methods. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team. A proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
