We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the development and management of the Supply Chain Industrial Park project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preliminary consultations, market research, project preparation, and maintaining close communication with government and industry bodies. This role requires fluency in Chinese, as well as a strong understanding of local policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preliminary Consultation and Communication:

    • Engage in initial consultations for the Supply Chain Industrial Park project.
    • Communicate effectively with intermediaries, local park managers, government departments, and other relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information and facilitate project progress.
  2. Market Research and Project Management:

    • Conduct comprehensive market research and regularly summarize project-related information.
    • Oversee project preparation and construction management, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and effectively.
  3. Government and Industry Relations:

    • Maintain close communication and foster relationships with government departments, industry associations, and chambers of commerce.
    • Implement and manage special policies, including taxation and policy platforms, in collaboration with these institutions.
  4. Post-Operation Management:

    • Assist in managing post-operation activities, ensuring the project meets its long-term objectives and operational standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background:

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management or a related field.
    • Fluent in Chinese, with the ability to use it as a working language.
  2. Experience:

    • Over 5 years of relevant work experience in industrial park management.
    • In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations related to industrial parks.
    • Experienced in handling supply chain or purchasing within furniture industry globally is huge plus.
  3. Skills:

    • Familiarity with the development trends of industrial parks and local investment policies.
    • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to organize, plan, and execute projects effectively.
  4. Professional Qualities:

    • Highly organized and logical approach to work.
    • Demonstrates good professional qualities and strong ethical standards.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of handling complex issues independently.
    • Strong execution skills, with the ability to advance work and ensure project milestones are met.
  5. Language Proficiency:

    • Fluent in Chinese.
