We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Global Reliability Leader to lead our Pressure Pumping operations globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing reliability strategies, improving equipment reliability, and reducing maintenance costs across our Pressure Pumping fleet. The Global Reliability Leader will work closely with our technical, operational, and commercial teams to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
As a Global Reliability Leader - (Pressure Pumping) you will be responsible for:
- Ensure compliance with intelligent Manage the Job Cycle (iMtJC) process
- Responsible for incident Investigation
- Execute the key steps outlined within the Field Incident Management Process (FIMP)
- Identify Failure Reporting & Corrective Action System (FRACAS) trends to identify and prioritize failure modes to investigate for corrective actions.
- Document and share lessons learned.
- Support new product development.
- Failure prevention and supports lessons learned effectiveness in job planning and preparation.
- Develop global actions / plans to address repeated or prevalent incidents.
- Develop and follow up actions to deliver safe and flawless first jobs in new locations.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics)
- 10 years’ experience in Production Enhancement
- 5 years’ experience in Operational Production Enhancement
- Ability to travel globally for internal operations 25-50% of the time
- A data analytics background is
- Gathering and preparing reports and present to upper management
