Job Description: ? Responsibility for Technical Operation, Production, planning, vendordevelopment with follow up, Costing, projects management, quality,installation and expansion of operations.? Responsible for achievement of Production planning and accountableto ensure optimal utilization of all resources including manpower,machinery and raw materials.? Identifying potential bottlenecks and deviations, implementationcorrective action to ensure that production targets are met withinstipulated time and budget constraints.? Follow up with various departments for control to ensure smoothoperation at the production lines.? Analyzing daily reports to plan further production keeping keen eyeon deadlines as well as ensure order delivery as per agreed plan withKeen eye on Quality.? Implementation of inventory control measures to reduce obsoletestock. Facilitating value engineering initiatives at the suppliers end toreduce cost of rejection of suppliers and in process productionmaterial.? Performing analysis, root cause analysis, best practices forproductivity improvement in production, repetitive problems (rework-rejection), Cost reduction and process updating.? Preparing strong and reliable MIS reports to Streamline materialmanagement, Cost saving, Vendor quality assurance operations forfacilitating the decision-making process in liaison with Management.? Handling projects planning, execution, erection and commissioning,monitored site work, ensure that work is done in accordance withproject manuals and drafted drawing.? Planning and procuring raw materials that are required forproduction, monitoring the production output on daily, weekly andmonthly basis, Ensure goods were issue against production order andmonthly production analyses conducted against target or planning.? Analyzing the project plan in detail, estimating the cost, Conductingcost benefit analysis to technical and commercial accountability ofgetting the work executed.? Efficiently identifying and developing cost effective vendor/supplierbase for cost effective procurement of material, spares andconsumables. Maintain follow up with Suppliers to ensure properdelivery.? Taking care of all activities related to manufacturing expansionProject like Machine Selection, Process Selection, Layout Decision,Material and Process flow, System Implementation, ManpowerRecruitment.? Strong builder of connections with company, products, etc.? Quick learner with an ability to rapidly achieve organizationalintegration.? Energetic and self-motivated team leader / builder at ease in highstress environments? Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analysisand leadership skills?
