Your New Role:

Working alongside an experienced Quantity Surveyor, you will gain practical experience in key aspects of the role, including:

·        Assisting in the cost management of construction projects.

·        Supporting the preparation of tender documents, valuations, and final accounts.

·        Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers to support procurement.

·        Assisting with cost forecasting and reporting.

·        Ensuring compliance with JCT and NEC3 contracts.

·        Learning from senior team members and progressing towards greater responsibility.

What We’re Looking For:

Lewis Builders Ltd are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team player with:

·        A qualification (or working towards) a minimum HNC/HND level in Quantity Surveying.

·         A flexible and adaptable approach to work.

·        Strong organisational skills and an understanding of Quantity Surveying procedures.

·        Good analytical and numerical skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office.
