Graduate Electrical Engineer

FINTEC recruit is looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer working within a maintenance team supporting smaller engineering maintenance projects across our client business, a large steel manufacturing facility/plant in Lochaber region.. This is a permanent position with salary up to £35,000 plus many benefits and bonus scheme. You will hold an Electrical Engineering degree, able to support in coaching others. Responsibilities:

• Able to lead and support maintenance projects, able to provide support and training to diagnose and fault-find equipment failures

• Ensure all electrical equipment is maintained to statutory and company regulatory standards

• Coordinate auditing systems, ensuring engineering compliance on site

• Be a lead for onsite reliability projects using recognised lean principles

• Assist with coaching of the maintenance team to ensure competency and delivery standards

• Manage external contractors in line with company H&S policy and standards

• Support with new equipment installations and long term maintenance input

Skills and Experience required for the Electrical Engineer:-

* Hold an Electrical Engineer degree

* Experience of Electrical maintenance and installations

* Familiar with Lean Principles
