TITLE:

Graduate Field Biologist - Pest Control Trainee



PACKAGE:



* Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 – increasing to £25,000 within the first 6 months, increasing with qualifications



* Training: Extensive training programs and learning from experienced field biologists on site



* Car or van, phone with personal use



* Benefits: Annual bonus (profit share gratuity) of around £1,500, private health scheme, commission scheme (5% leads, 10% sales), but no overall targets, pension, holidays + bank holidays



LOCATION:

North East England (e.g., Middlesbrough, Durham, Sunderland, Hartlepool, Stockton-on-Tees, Seaham, etc)

ROLE:

Graduate Field Biologist - Pest Control Trainee



* Conduct technical inspections and monitor for rodent and insect issues



* Complete assessments and reports using company software



* Engage in training programs to progress through the ranks



* Maintain good observational skills and stay active throughout the workday



EXPERIENCE:

Graduate Field Biologist - Pest Control Trainee



* You must have a degree at BSc level or higher in Biological Sciences, Biology, Zoology, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Health, or another related subject



* Must have a UK driving license for a manual vehicle



* Strong observational skills and a desire to remain active are essential



* Must not be afraid of heights or confined spaces



* Must be commutable around the North East
