As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and dedicated Graduate HSE Advisor to join our team.\n\nPosition Overview:\n\nAs a Graduate HSE Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental standards of our projects.

You will work closely with our experienced HSE team, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the successful delivery of our projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in HSE within the dynamic and challenging environment of civil engineering.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssist in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures.\nConduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.\nSupport the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and assist in implementing corrective actions.\nPrepare and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.\nParticipate in HSE training and awareness programs for site personnel.\nAssist in the preparation of HSE reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.\nMonitor and report on HSE performance metrics.\nEnsure that all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant HSE legislation and industry standards.Requirements:\n\nBachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong understanding of HSE principles and practices.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team.\nProactive and eager to learn and develop in the HSE field.\nKnowledge of HSE legislation and regulations is desirable.\nValid UK driving license is .What We Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nComprehensive training and development opportunities.\nMentorship from experienced HSE professionals.\nExposure to a variety of civil engineering projects.\nA supportive and collaborative working environment.\nOpportunities for career advancement within the company.Randstad CPE values and promotes equality.
