Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Graduate (Technical Support Role)

£25,000 - £30,000 + Training + Technical Progression + 30 Days Holiday + Travel + Commission Bonus

Are you a graduate with an electrical or mechanical degree looking to start your career with a rapidly growing company, where you will be supported with an abundance of technical training and progression opportunities?

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading solar power equipment manufacturer and distributor focusing on Panels, inverters, batteries and cloud systems for commercial and residential projects. With the company already set up in China and Germany, they are looking to enter and takeover the UK market, opening up significant opportunities.

Your role will involve dealing with technical issues and problems that are experienced by customers. You will provide guidance and support to customers over the phone, offering a resolution to a potential problem they may have about the select products.

This role would suit a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering graduate looking to start their career with a rapidly expanding company which offers the perfect foundation to kickstart their career.

THE ROLE
* Offering solutions to customers regarding their solar services and products
* dealing with clients and customers on the phone offering technical support for specific products
* Monday-Friday 9 am-5:30pm

THE PERSON
* a Grad with a degree in a mechanical or electrical field
* looking to progress career wise and technically with a rapidly growing company
