Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer from a building services background looking to advance your career and manage projects within a variety of sectors?\n\nThis company has been specialising in building consulting for the past 20 years, with a focus on delivery Net Zero Carbon (NZC) design. Advising on embodied and operational carbon, this company assists clients with decarbonisation strategies to achieve NZC through innovative products and installations.\n\nIn this role you will be designing mechanical systems for commercial, educational, residential and aviation buildings. You will be responsible for the design and engineering of HVAC systems, specialised systems, and heat plants using Revit, AutoCAD and Hevacomp.

You will have the opportunity to work within a team both in the office and on site visits, to ensure systems are installed correctly and advising clients.\n\nIf you are experienced in mechanical design engineering, passionate about sustainability, and looking to join a company with a brilliant pay package, we want to hear from you.\n\nThe Role:\n\n * Collaborate with the design team to produce concepts and technically compliant, detailed designs\n\n * Undertake site surveys, inspections, provide written reports and reviews\n\n * Produce detailed designs and specifications for engineering systems\n\n * Ensure all designs are compliant and adhere to current government health and safety legislation\n\n * Working with new technologies (Revit, TAS, MagiCAD)\n\n * Development and payment of professional membership (MCIBSE, MIMechE, etc.)\n\nThe Person:\n\n * Design software platforms (AutoCAD/Revit), Microsoft Office\n\n * HNC/Degree Qualified\n\nKeywords: Engineer, Design, Mechanics, Mechanical, Consulting, Mechanical Design Engineer, Construction, Projects, Management, Design Engineer
