Graduate Site Manager

The role –



As a Graduate Site Manager, you will be a highly valued member on an experienced team working to meet our clients’ requirements.This role will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience as well as a path to progression within the industry. Some of the key responsibilities you will be tasked with helping achieve are:



• Helping and assisting with daily tasks



• Working closely with experienced managers to help deliver projects on time



• Working closely with experienced managers to help deliver projects within budget



• Offer advice and support to on-site workers



• Planning projects and seeing them through all the way through to their finish



• Participating in progress meetings



• Monitor compliance with all safety guidelines and policies



• Establish and implement work schedules, adjusting them to meet project deadlines



Role requirements –



• A relevant degree in Construction, Project Management or Civil Engineering



• Legal right to work in the U.K. without sponsorship



• CSCS certificate



• A positive attitude towards the job



• Ambition to work within the facades industry



• Good communicator



• Team player



• Able to work within a busy team and under pressure
