Graphic Design Customer Service Representative - Project Manager

AppleTree Staffing is partnering with one of our clients on the Southside of Indianapolis to help them identify a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and nurture strong business relationships with customers
• Assess customer needs daily and effectively relay them to Production
• Input detailed job information into the MIS system, including scheduling details
• Organize customer information, artwork, and archived files into designated digital folders
• Perform quality checks on job files before sending for approval
• Generate price quotes as necessary

Required Reporting:

• Maintain daily open jobs report in the MIS system
• Keep customer-specific press specifications up to date
• Manage customer-specific CSR workflow descriptions

Job Requirements:

• Dependability with minimal absences
• Experience with Adobe suite and knowledge of the printing process
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime
• Eagerness to acquire new skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others
• Problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to prioritize tasks, multitask, and stay focused with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in computer and basic typing skills
