What Youll Do:

As a Senior Ground Test Engineer, you will:

• Lead and support THAAD ground and flight test events through all phases, including planning, on-site execution, and post-mission analysis.
• Conduct studies and analyses to advance the THAAD system's development, testing, and operations.
• Develop robust designs for THAAD weapon systems used in ground tests, flight tests, wargames, and real-world deployments.
• Design, code, and maintain analytical tools to enhance testing and evaluation efforts.
• Communicate clearly through technical presentations, reports, and leadership briefings.
• Specialize in areas such as system architecture, modeling and simulation, sensors, command and control, missiles, and target systems.

What Youll Bring:

Required Skills and Experience:

• A bachelors degree in a STEM field and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance.
• Proven leadership experience, including team coordination and management.
• Expertise in the lifecycle of testing large military systems, including planning, analysis, and execution.
• Strong experience with military exercises and systems analysis.
• Executive-level communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

Skills and Knowledge:

• Familiarity with MDA systems engineering processes and ITAR regulations.
• In-depth understanding of ground test and flight test design .
• Knowledge of wargaming principles and methodologies.
• Experience with Modeling and Simulation of defense systems (MBSE).
• Ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance.
