Job DescriptionGrounds Maintenance Team Leader\nLocation: Warrington\nSalary: £11,88 per hour\nContract type: Permanent \nWorking hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday \n\nAbout the role\nSupervising your team, you will be responsible for a range of activities from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning and flower bed maintenance for clients in Warrington. • Prior experience in Grounds Maintenance, with a can-do attitude and a safety-conscious mindset.

\n

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

\n

• Willingness to learn and work effectively within a team.

\n

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in Grounds Maintenance.

\n

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

\n

• A full, valid UK driving licence.

\n

• PA1 and PA6 certificates, as well as horticultural qualifications, are advantageous but not essential.
