Job Description Our client is a listed real estate developer and manager of 5-star office, hotels, residential and commercial properties. They are currently looking to appoint a Group Director of Engineering.The Group Director of Engineering will take charge of all engineering departments as they complete various projects as well as managing all aspects of maintenance across the group’s asset portfolio.You will manage teams undertaking designs, budgets, contracts, asset management and execute plans safely and efficiently.
