Our Sales & Distribution division are experts in UK retail, wholesale and specialist routes to market. Working in tandem with our Co-Packing division to provide consumer and customer relevant packaging solutions. Our Export division distributes market leading British FMCG brands internationally. In addition, our Manufacturing division proudly makes Health & Beauty products here in Britain at our 100,000 square foot factory.

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Group Facilities Manager to join us on a permanent, full-time basis working 40 hours per week across our sites in Both Banbury and Redditch

As a Group Facilities Manager, your duties will include:

  • The day-to-day successful running of site services including company car fleet, cleaning teams, in house and contractor site maintenance, on site security contractor, business support, procuring equipment and supplies
  • Inspect and maintain building systems (including, but not limited to, intruder, fire, heating, ventilation, CCTV, electrical systems etc
  • Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and arrange necessary maintenance or repair, and to recommend proactive actions to be taken prior to a failure.
  • Purchasing and ordering of equipment (e.g. PPE), and other supplies
  • Effective performance and capability management including conducting probation reviews, performance reviews, annual appraisals and return to work interviews

What we are looking for in our ideal Group Facilities Manager:

  • Demonstrable experience as building services maintenance supervisor (min 3 years)
  • Excellent planning and leadership abilities
  • Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (alarm, electrical, heating etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and be able to handle highly demanding stakeholders.
  • Must hold full clean driving license.
