Job descriptionReporting to the Group HR, the HR Business Partner will be providing support to Finance, Procurement, Legal, Intellectual Property and Italy Public Affairs. The incumbent will be responsible for aligning HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives and goals. The role involves working closely with managers to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.Key responsibilities: 1. Building strong relationships with employees, managers, local HR community globally and other stakeholders to foster a positive and productive work environment. 2. Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development. 3. Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives. 4. Collaborating with business leaders to identify and address workforce planning needs, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning. 5. Conducting needs assessments and recommending training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. 6. Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Contributing to building various monthly and quarterly presentations on a range of HR related topics and providing content for notes/reports monitoring, statistics for review by management. 8. Managing HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, recognition and DEI programs. 9. Preparing communications such as organization announcements and liaising with senior stakeholders when necessary. 10. Participating actively in various change management projects i.e., Global Shared Services Transformation. Profile 1. Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or similar. 2. HR experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in HR roles, such as HR Generalist, HRBP. 3. Business acumen: Strong understanding of the business, including its goals, objectives, and challenges. Able to translate HR initiatives into business outcomes and be able to communicate the value of HR to business leaders. 4. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to communicate complex HR concepts to a variety of audiences, including senior leaders, managers, and employees. 5. Analytical skills: Able to analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Use data to make informed decisions and develop effective HR strategies. 6. Relationship building: Strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees and the wider HR Community. Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve HR and business goals. 7. Tech savvy with proficiency including but not limited to HRIS, Power BI, Business Objects, SharePoint, Yammer and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Advanced Excel and PowerPoint) is a must. To be successful in this role, the HR Business Partner must have strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, as well as a good understanding of HR best practices and trends.
