HCM Technical Director

• Oversee all technical aspects of the HCM Program, including bespoke solutions,integrations, environments, infrastructure, architecture, data and deployment, ensuringthe enablement of business outcomes.• Collaborate closely with the program’s leadership team, including partnering with theBusiness Transformation and Change Management streams to support the influencingof key business stakeholders and service owners.• Lead a team of diverse technical resources, providing guidance, support, andleadership.Ideal characteristics for role:• Minimum of 7 years of experience working in senior technical roles on HCMprogram/projects.• Demonstrated experience leading large, diverse technical teams and deliveringsuccessful program/projects.• Demonstrable experience delivering outcomes in a business led transformationenvironment.• Strong and broad technical skills, including expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules,SAP BTP, BTP-I and SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.• Ability to manage multiple program/projects and priorities simultaneously.• Experience working in a large, complex organisations, preferably with some PublicSector experience.At Randstad Digital, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
