Head of Agile Operations and Project Management Office - Hybrid

The US Personal Banking Marketing Transformation and Delivery organization is responsible for marketing operations, channel delivery and marketing technology in support of the Bank’s Branded Cards, Retail Bank, Retail Services, Mortgage and Wealth marketing efforts. The Head of Agile Operations and PMO Office is a key leader within the US Personal Banking Marketing and Franchise Development organization, responsible for leading a multi-faceted team of professionals charged with prioritizing and delivering over 2000 campaigns annually, as well as driving the project management of large-scale, multi-year cross-organizational investment efforts. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, operational execution and large scale transformation. Tight partnership with marketing leadership across all Lines of Business as well as all operational teams is required. This job requires strategic transformational thinker with a strong understanding of business priorities and the ability to translate those priorities into an actionable plan of record that enables transparent tradeoffs and agility to respond to changing business dynamics. This leader should be highly skilled at agile transformation and leading organizations through change management journeys. Responsibilities include:Agile Operations: Lead marketing scrum operation teams for US Personal Banking Marketing campaign operations, in support of delivering 2000+ campaigns across Branded Cards, Retail Bank and Mortgage marketing book of work.Prioritization Operations: Build and operate a campaign prioritization and capacity planning process in support of the US Personal Banking Marketing organization, enabling the overall organization to make the right tradeoffs while delivering against business goals within our resourcing model.Capacity Management: Stand up and operate regular capacity and operations reporting team, enabling stakeholders to find opportunities to streamline processes, release capacity and understand what drives capacity models. Project Management Office: Lead PMO office for Marketing Transformation and Delivery, ensuring complex cross-functional strategic initiatives are delivered on-time, with transparency at all levels of organization and with proper controls. This includes management of multi-year, multi-roadmap large scale investments such as Marketing Technology Transformation.Qualifications:10+ years experience in marketing operations and/or agile executionDeep experience in standing up prioritization frameworks and capacity allocation for complex, multi-faceted operations.Proven ability to manage PMO organizations in support of mulit-year investment initiatitivesStrategic change agent, with ability to drive operational transformation thru large scale organizationsExperience running agile methodology based teams in end-to-end delivery of large scale projects spanning multiple internal and vendor systems.Analytical and conceptual thinker with ability to operate in “white space” and experience in both building strategy and executing it with demonstrable results and outcomesExecutive leadership skills and demonstrated success in conveying complex concepts, solutions and relevant business impacts to leadership audiences in order to gain support and drive organizational alignmentStrong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with the ability to influence the development and execution of key strategies/initiatives
